You may cancel your booking by following the instructions provided in your confirmation email or ticket.


Types of Cancellation Policies

1. Free Cancellation

Some experiences offer free cancellation with the following conditions:

  • You may cancel at least 24 hours before the experience start date/time to receive a full refund.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start date/time, the booking is non-refundable.

  • Any changes made within 24 hours of the start time cannot be accepted.


2. Non-Refundable

Certain bookings are strictly non-refundable:

  • These experiences cannot be changed or cancelled once booked.

  • No refund will be issued if you cancel or request modifications.


3. Moderate Cancellation

Some tours follow a moderate policy:

  • For a full refund, cancel at least 4 full days before the start time.

  • If cancelled less than 3 days before the start time, the amount paid is non-refundable.

  • Changes are not accepted within 3 days of the start time.


4. Strict Cancellation

Some experiences follow stricter rules:

  • Cancel 7 full days before the start time to receive a full refund.

  • Cancel 3–6 full days before the start time to receive a 50% refund.

  • If you cancel less than 2 full days before the start time, no refund will be issued.

  • Changes are not accepted within 3 days of the start time.


5. Custom Cancellation Policy

A few experiences may have a custom cancellation policy.

We recommend reviewing these details carefully before confirming your booking.


Important Notes

  • All cancellation deadlines are calculated based on the local time zone of the experience.

  • If the tour does not have a specific start time, the cancellation cutoff generally defaults to 11:59 PM (local time) two days prior to the start date.

  • Refunds (where applicable) may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
